Terms of Service

By accessing wasabiscripts.com, purchasing our products, or using our Discord application (including Discord OAuth “Connect Discord” and our Discord bot), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Wasabi Scripts provides premium FiveM scripts, systems, maps, MLOs, and related digital products, plus a storefront and community support channels. Product delivery and license fulfillment for purchases are handled through Tebex and the Cfx.re portal.

Store features may require linking a Cfx.re / FiveM account and, optionally, a Discord account. You are responsible for activity under accounts you connect. Keep your credentials secure and notify us via Discord support if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payments are processed by Tebex. By checking out you also agree to Tebex’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and payment-method fees may apply as determined by Tebex and your payment provider.

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on servers associated with your Cfx.re account, subject to any package limits described at purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where law allows), or publicly share our paid source or assets without written permission.

Paid support is reserved for the original purchaser unless the product was bought as a gift under terms we publish at the time of sale.

We operate Discord applications and bots on our Discord server and with the storefront. They may:

• Use Discord OAuth with the identify scope so you can connect your Discord account to the storefront (for example, to attach your Discord ID to a checkout basket).
• Run a Discord bot that reads messages in a designated reviews channel on our Discord server, so we can display reviews on the storefront.
• Run a Discord support bot that sends direct messages (DMs) to members of our Discord server (for example, ticket updates, support notices, or related service messages), and that reads support ticket channel messages to generate and deliver ticket transcripts to you and/or our support staff.

By opening a support ticket, messaging in ticket channels, or remaining in our Discord server while these bots are enabled, you acknowledge that ticket content and related Discord identifiers may be processed for support, moderation, and transcript delivery as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of Discord itself remains subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and policies. Do not abuse the bots, attempt to bypass rate limits, spam DMs or tickets, or submit false or harmful content.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful activity or to violate third-party rights.
• Interfere with the storefront, APIs, Discord bot, or other users.
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that harms service availability, except for ordinary browser or search indexing use.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Wasabi Scripts or Rockstar Games / Cfx.re.

Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If something does not work as described, contact us on Discord or through our published support channels and we will help you get running.

Wasabi Scripts branding, site content, scripts, assets, and documentation are owned by Wasabi Scripts or its licensors. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Cfx.re. FiveM and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasabi Scripts and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be announced on the website or Discord.
