Privacy Policy

Wasabi Scripts (“we”, “us”) operates wasabiscripts.com and Discord applications/bots used with our community, storefront, and support tickets. For privacy questions, contact us via discord.gg/wasabiscripts.

Website and storefront. We collect information you provide or that is created when you browse, search, add items to a cart, apply coupons, or complete checkout—such as package selections, basket identifiers, and technical logs needed to run the site (for example IP address and request metadata when debugging or securing the service).

Cfx.re / FiveM account. If you sign in with Cfx.re, we receive account identifiers and related profile information needed to show purchases, sync baskets, and fulfill licenses through Tebex.

Discord OAuth (“Connect Discord”). With your consent we request Discord’s identify scope only. We receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL. We store this in your browser (local storage) and may send your Discord ID with your checkout basket so purchases can be associated with your Discord account for support and fulfillment workflows.

Discord bot (reviews). Our bot reads messages in a designated public reviews channel on our Discord server. From those messages we may store message ID, author Discord ID and username, avatar URL, review text, rating (when present), timestamps, and a permalink, so we can display reviews and ratings on the storefront.

Discord bot (support / tickets). Our support bot may send direct messages (DMs) to members of our Discord server for ticket updates and related support notices. When you use our ticket system, the bot reads messages in the ticket channel (including message content, author Discord IDs / usernames, attachments metadata, and timestamps) to generate ticket transcripts. Transcripts may be sent to you via DM and/or shared with our support staff so we can help resolve your request. Privileged Discord intents (such as message content) may be used solely for these support and transcript functions.

Payments. Payment card and billing details are collected and processed by Tebex and its payment providers—not stored by Wasabi Scripts on our servers. See Tebex’s Privacy Policy.

We use information to:

• Operate the storefront, cart, checkout, and account features.
• Fulfill digital product licenses and provide support.
• Link Discord identity to orders when you choose to connect Discord.
• Sync and display community reviews from our Discord reviews channel.
• Operate Discord support: send service DMs, process ticket messages, and generate/deliver ticket transcripts to you and our support team.
• Secure, debug, and improve the website and Discord applications.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Discord identify data used for “Connect Discord” is stored in your browser’s local storage until you clear site data or disconnect. Review data synced by the bot is stored in our database (Supabase) for as long as we display reviews or need them for moderation and support. Ticket message content and transcripts may be processed in memory or temporary storage to generate and deliver the transcript, and may be retained by our support team or systems for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security requirements. Cart and similar client state may also be kept in local storage. Server logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security and operations.

We share data with:

• Tebex — checkout, payments, and package fulfillment (Tebex Privacy Policy).
• Discord — when you authorize OAuth or when our bots use Discord’s API (including DMs and ticket channels) under Discord’s terms.
• Hosting and infrastructure — e.g. web hosting and database providers that process data on our behalf.
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can disconnect Discord storefront linking by clearing wasabiscripts.com site data in your browser or declining to connect Discord at checkout. You can revoke a Discord application’s OAuth access from Discord’s authorized apps settings. You can leave our Discord server or adjust Discord privacy settings (including who can DM you) in Discord itself; note that support bots may be unable to DM you if your settings block them. To request removal of a review synced from Discord, deletion of a retained ticket transcript where we control that copy, or other privacy requests, contact us on Discord support. We may need to verify the request and retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Our site links to third parties (including Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord, and documentation). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Our Terms of Service also apply to use of Wasabi Scripts.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord / digital storefronts). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We and our processors may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the services you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be announced on the website or Discord.
